I am so happy to have found this place. My son loved it from the moment he walked in. There is a fun decor, comfy seats, a big TV playing Disney+, and awesome front desk workers. Everyone and the doctor were very kind, gentle, and checked in with dad and the patient throughout the whole process. They were on time as well which is always great but rare to find in medical fields.

My daughter had a great first dental visit experience. Dr. Avula and Amy are so good with kids! From the beginning everyone was very attentive. My daughter mostly speaks Spanish so Dr. Avula would let her know what was going on throughout the dental exam in Spanish! She was so happy that keeps asking me to go back to the dentist.

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for Dr. Jonathan Chang at Just Kids Pediatric Dentistry. He’s an amazing dentist and a wonderful person who has been taking care of my three boys since they were very young. (7 plus years) Dr. Chang and his team know us so well and always make the experience positive, even when it could be hard or scary for the kids. They do an incredible job of being patient, talking the boys through each step, and providing unwavering support for our whole family. We’ve always been extremely happy with the care and service.

Took my two year old son to his first appointment here. He had a great experience. The office staff was friendly, well organized and answered any questions I had. The dentist and the dental assistant explained every tool to my son and what they were going to do before they did he so he was prepared and not scared.

Our multiple experiences here have all been great. The staff is very kind and helpful. The doctors all explain everything they are doing and why and they are very clear and upfront about any and all charges. I would definitely recommend them.

The staffs are warming and welcoming always when we walked in the office. The clinic was spotless and followed all safety protocols, which put my mind at ease. Highly recommended this office to any parent looking for gentle and professional dental care for their kids!

We have been going to Just Kids for 4 years now and we love it! My kids are pretty nervous about going to the dentist, but I appreciate how Just Kids tries to make it a positive experience from beginning to end. The waiting room has arcade games and books and colorful windows with drawings of cartoon characters. During the visits, they give my kids a choice of what to watch to make them feel comfortable and at the end they get little prizes and animal balloons!

We usually see Dr. Bryan, but all the doctors (Dr. Jeff, Dr. Tarek) and the entire staff at San Leandro have been amazing. Dr. Bryan is great with kids and I can tell that he really cares about his patients. We never feel rushed and he always takes his time to discuss his concerns and treatment plans. The dental assistants are also very patient (even when my kids are going through all the emotions). They are thorough with cleanings and give their recommendations on what we can improve on at home. Thank you Just Kids! Highly recommend!

Everyone was very kind and professional and the process was very easy!

We went in for a regular teeth cleaning for both of my children. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Dr Bryan Chao and staffs were great. We’ve been coming here for around 3 years now and we love it here. After each visit the kiddos get a balloon figure and a coin for little toys so it’s a nice way to end each visit.

Great service. Called for a second opinion and got the same day appt. And I am glad I did that. Dr Bryan was so knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. My daughter was misdiagnosed by the previous dentist and I am glad I decided to have her checked by another one.

I brought my 14 month old here for his first dental visit. The office is near the San Leandro main library. Dr. Bryan and the entire staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They kept my baby entertained with a balloon dog and a bit of TV while they examined his mouth. We went home with a t-shirt and some goodies. Definitely a great experience for my baby’s first visit to the dentist!

I’ve been taking my two year old to Just Kids Pediatric Dentistry in Fremont since he was one, and I’ve been very happy with the service. I really appreciate how every staff member is so friendly, positive, and patient. They all work really hard to make going to the dentist as fun as possible for babies and toddlers (and I’m sure older kids as well), which can be a challenge because my son isn’t cooperative and he usually cries even when we brush his teeth at home. He always leaves smiling thanks to the balloons, songs, and prizes. And I’m really relieved we’re taking good care of his teeth from the start.

We took our kid in for dental check-ups several times and was impressed with how staff served kids' dental needs here. It is pretty intimidating for our kid to have the first few dental visit. However, dental hygienist and Dr. Tan were very patient and was able to persuade my kid to cooperate. All the staff were friendly and had their own charms that work on kids. Love how they went above and beyond to make the dental office very kid friendly. Dr. Tan was very professional. I would highly recommend her to any kid!

Remarkably compassionate, he possesses the ability to perform miracles on children who would otherwise be reluctant to sit in a dentist's chair. It's truly difficult to express my immense gratitude for Dr. Chang and his wonderful team, as they provided a solution for my son's multiple cavities without resorting to anesthesia. My son recently had his first visit to Just Kids Pediatric in Tracy, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. My kids have been coming almost for 8 years now. Every time we come we feel welcomed by their friendly staff. It’s always been clean which is nice. They give the kids coins to use at the end of the appointment for the different prize machines that they have.

Dr.Tan and team are very good with kids. My kid is usually afraid of seeing doctors, but became very comfortable with Dr.Tan.

This is a wonderful place to take your child to the dentist. The dental assistants and dentists are so good with children. The front office is very nice. They have a TV mounted to the ceiling, so kids can be distracted by a show while they get examined. Your child gets a balloon afterwards and a token to get a prize. They really have thought of everything and make going to the dentist fun. I’m so glad I found Just Kids Pediatrics Dentistry and highly recommend them!

My 2.5 year old son and I had a great first experience with Dr. Jonathan Chang. We are new to town with no personal recommendations for children’s dentistry and picked this one. Due to COVID they had us wait in the doorway until it our turn to check in. Super speedy, delightful staff behind the desk. Smooth process. We waited maybe 4-8 minutes (which was perfect for a curious 2.5 year old) and we’re taken back by Elizabeth who immediately started working on building a relationship with my son. She was so patient, and encouraged his curiosity, while also checking his teeth and doing the annual cleaning. She gave me tips on how to clean my sons teeth better and even showed me which was helpful. Dr. Jonathan came along next- not a long wait at all between the cleaning and dr. check. Again, very kind, very welcoming, you can tell he loves kids and what he does. I didn’t feel rushed and knew I could ask whatever questions I had. I am so happy we stumbled upon this place. I look forward to coming back. My kiddo left by saying goodbye to everyone with a huge smile of confidence and a squeak clean smile.

Dr. Jon, our dentist, and his staff is amazing with my child's dental care. From the start, their warm and friendly approach put my child at ease during appointments. Dr. Jon's expertise and gentle manner ensure positive experiences for my little one, without fear or anxiety. He takes the time to educate us on proper oral hygiene practices at home, benefiting my child's long-term dental health. I am relieved and grateful to have found such an exceptional dentist for my child, like one I had growing up! We will continue to see Dr. Jon and highly recommend him to any parent seeking excellent pediatric dental care.

Great place to take kids. Everyone is patient. My daughters used to be scared of dentist but now look forward to their visit. My eldest asked if she can watch movies. 😄 They get balloon animals and toys from toy machine.

My son is always nervous when it comes to going to the doctor or dentist. The staff at Just Kids Pediatric Dentistry are always so nice and patient with him! He looks forward to picking his prize at the end of his cleanings. They have TVs in the waiting room and above the dental chairs to keep your kids entertained. The facility is always very clean and welcoming.

My 2 year old has been treated so well here! Even the first visit, when he screamed the whole time, they stayed calm and examined as gently as could be. It’s clear they are well versed and well trained in working with children.

When he took a tumble and injured a tooth across the country, we were able to do a FaceTime within the hour and determine if immediate intervention was needed, or if we could wait the two days until we were back to be seen. Knowing the dentists will be there for you in an emergency is such a relief!

For regular visits, the hygienists will make the kids a balloon animal and give them a token for their prize wall, which is enough for my kiddo to want to go back to the dentist every time! Anytime someone in the area mentions needing a pediatric dentist, I cannot say enough good things about Just Kids. Definitely a wonderful practice and we look forward to many more years of great service.

The office is really cute and everyone is friendly. They also have a pac-man game for kids to play while you wait for the doctor. The doctors and staffs are very patience when I bring my son in. We both enjoy going there. Oh, you get a balloon after your visit too.

Just Kids Pediatric Dentistry is honestly the best place I've ever taken my son for dental work! I've tried a few, but I'm sticking with them forever because of how good they are with kids. They are fast, affordable with Delta Dental, and my son got major surgery with them and it couldn't have gone better. The staff is so experienced and sweet to the kids, and offer them treat bags, balloon animals and are warm and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. And I don't post many reviews, so believe me, they are amazing!

Awesome experience with Dr. Jon. He and the staff here are very sweet and friendly. My son had an awesome visit here, loved playing on the play fort while we waited for our appointment to start. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Just Kids Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics - Mission Hills. We've been to the downtown location and we love it there and love this location just as much if not more. All 3 of my kids (5,3,1) had their appointment last week and of course going to the dentist can be a little scary but the kids left feeling excited and eager to tell their dad about their fun and amazing experience. The staff here is incredibly patient and went above and beyond for my kids especially since I was a solo parent that day. If you are looking for a Pediatric Dentist look no further! Today was the best experience my four year old daughter has had with a pediatric dentist. The entire office staff was very pleasant and kind. Every person that I spoke with was friendly and polite and gave my daughter excellent care. My daughter was very nervous about her appointment due to a previous experience at her previous dentist. The dentist himself was amazing and knowledgeable and efficient. We didn’t sit around waiting for the doctor to see an overbooked room of patients which I appreciated. Just kids definitely changed the way she feels about visiting a dentist office.

My personal experience at Fremont Pediatric Dentist office has been nothing but positive! especially for my two daughters who always look forward to going to their dentist for work. The staff and office vibe in the last few years of coming here with my two children has been nothing but exemplary. All staff members from front desk to to the doctors and assistants that work there are awesome and very caring to my kids and are the friendliest and most knowledgle workers I have meet. Great staff and dentist, originally seen at the San Leandro location and have since moved to the Central Valley and now come to Tracy location. Have never had to wait for our appointment, always seen on time.

Scrubbing on my front bottom teeth was a bit harsh on my gum but other than that everything was fine. Im always happy with the service.

Very curteous staff. Kids felt safe and they enjoyed the prizes after the cleaning was done.

Entire staff seems well equipped to work with kids.

Just Kids is not our regular dentist due to distance, but we've visited them several times for second opinions or special procedures, and our experiences have been excellent across the board. The pre- and post-visit communication is top notch, the environment is extremely kid-friendly, the staff are professional yet friendly, and most important of all: my wife and I have always felt that the advice and treatment we received was what was truly in the best interest of our child. Heartily recommended!

I have an autistic 5 year old brother. It is hard to advocate for little humans as it is, let alone kids with special needs kids who don’t quite know how to properly express what they feel physically. As someone who’s worked in the dental field for nearly 4 years, I know how hard and rare it is to come across Dr’s and staff who are sympathetic, compassionate and who GENUINELY care for their patients. Bay Area Kids Dentist fits the criteria. I called as a referring patient, and they quickly sympathized with my brother and accommodated him with an appointment the very next day. I knew right there and there, this is the ideal office for my brother, as they made it very clear that they were trying to be helpful and relieve my little brother from the discomfort he was experiencing. My brother was treated by Dr. Kim and her wonderful assistant, Olga. I want to express my utmost gratitude to all the staff, front team, dental assistants, and Dr’s. As they were all comprehensive, caring and most importantly, patient. I HIGHLY recommend Bay Area Kids Dentist to anyone who’s looking for an ideal and exceptional pediatric dental office.

I took my 2 children today and had the best experience. The environment of the office was perfect with a small playground that my kids loved. All staff and the doctor were so friendly. One of my child was cooperative and the other one was not but they handled both children professionally in a way that works for each of them. I wish I can get my dental check-ups here! Finally found a place that I won’t have to worry or dread taking my kids to.

I am grateful for the care provided by this doctor. She took the time to address all of my concerns. I was worried about using fluoride toothpaste for my 13-month-old baby. One particular worry I had was regarding the use of fluoride toothpaste, a recommendation she had made. She kindly explained the American Academy of Pediatrics recommendation of using a 'smear' of fluoride toothpaste twice a day from the appearance of the first tooth until age 3, her expertise instilled in me a sense of trust and confidence. I can recommend her to anyone seeking a doctor who prioritizes patient well-being and takes the time to address every concern with care.

We had our regular cleaning appointment for both kids and both the hygienist Jetzy and Dr. Goal were super awesome and friendly. Kids have been going to them for about 2 yrs and we are very happy with the service.
